Color Bright yellow with greenish tints.
Aroma On the nose, a wealth of white flowers and notes of cut grass
they evolve in mineral tones.
Tasting notes In the mouth very fresh and long. High permanence.
Serving temperature 8-10℃
Food matching It goes well with roasted red meats and roast lamb chops. Not to be missed with a pasta with wild boar ragout.
